Introduction

When I’m playing bass with my band, I’m always listening to my bandmates to make sure we sound solid as a group. Being an attorney isn’t that different, really—success still depends on detailed preparation, effective communication, and responding quickly and strategically to whatever’s happening. These are a few of the tools I use in representing businesses and individuals involved in partnership disputes, real estate litigation, and cases involving breach of contract. I’m fortunate to be certified as a court-appointed fiduciary for a variety of legal matters, including Article 81 Guardianships. My certification allows me the opportunity to assist mentally incapacitated individuals and persons in need of a guardian who need assistance with property management or personal needs.
